Welcome to Tiny Tiles Ltd. We’re a small, independent company making hand-cut, hand-painted miniature roof tiles from our workshop in Calstock, Cornwall. These terms and conditions outline what you can expect when you shop with us. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.

2. Products
All of our products are handmade and hand-painted using styrene. As such, slight variations in colour, finish, or shape may occur. (We believe this adds to their character.)
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed through our website and payment is taken at checkout via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal. All prices are listed in GBP (£). We are not currently VAT registered.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, but as each item is made by hand, there may occasionally be slight delays – we’ll always let you know if that’s the case.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Tiny Tiles. If something isn’t right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Please email us first to arrange the return
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging
- We’re unable to cover return postage unless the item is faulty
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return has been received and checked
If your order arrives damaged or something’s gone wrong, just let us know – we’ll sort it.
6. Product Safety
These tiles are intended for use in scale modelling and miniature building projects.
They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
Always take care when cutting, painting, or gluing tiles, and ensure proper ventilation and safety when using adhesives or sharp tools.
7. Wholesale Orders
We have a separate set of terms for our wholesale customers. If you’re interested in stocking Tiny Tiles, please get in touch and we’ll send those over.
